Refund Policy

We aim to provide a transparent, learner-friendly refund process. This policy explains the conditions under which course fees can be refunded, transferred, or held in credit with Ariba Online Training.
1. Definitions
- Learner: the individual who has registered for a programme, regardless of who made the payment.
- Course fee: the full amount payable for the selected training programme, including taxes where applicable.
- Batch: the specific cohort (weekday/weekend/fast-track) for which the learner has been enrolled.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Before course commencement: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges) when a written cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
- Within the first 2 live sessions: 75% refund when the learner attends no more than two sessions and shares specific feedback stating how the course failed to meet expectations. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the second session.
- Course cancellation by Ariba Online Training: If we cancel or postpone a batch and you are unable to join the alternate schedule, you may opt for a 100% refund or transfer to another programme.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests raised after attending more than two live sessions.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without notifying the support team.
- Payments made for self-paced or downloadable content (these are considered delivered once access is provided).
- Fees paid for add-on services such as certification vouchers, exam fees, or third-party tools.
4. Transfer & Credit Policy
You may choose to defer your enrolment or transfer fees under the following conditions:
- Batch transfer: one-time complimentary transfer to the next available batch, provided the request is made before the third session.
- Course credit: if you are temporarily unable to continue, we can hold your fee as credit for up to six months and adjust it against a future batch or a different module.
5. Refund Process

- Include your full name, registered email, phone number, course name, batch details, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will acknowledge the request within two business days and may schedule a follow-up call for clarity.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment. Processing times for banks or payment gateways may vary.
6. Payments Made by Employers or Sponsors
If your organisation or sponsor has paid the fee on your behalf, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payer, not to the learner directly.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreements regarding eligibility, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through discussion. If a mutually acceptable solution is not reached, the matter will be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
